2009 Provincetown Harbor Lights - proposed light installlation
Photographs from past events - here kayaks are decorated with lights. Carlos from Venture Athletics led the kayakers from West End to the MacMillan Pier.
Strings with empty water bottles and glow sticks inside them are assembled to kayaks.

Carlos from Venture Athletics of Provincetown led the kayakers safely from West End (Provincetown Inn) to East End (Cape Inn).
