Honey Bread

Pão de Mel

3 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

3 tbsp. cocoa

1 tsp. ground cloves

1 cup sugar

1 cup honey

1 tbsp. butter

1 cup milk

Chocolate glaze

 

Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool the cake and glaze.

Serves 8

 

Chocolate Glaze:

1 lb. chocolate, melted

 

Pour over the bread and serve.
